Accounts and family use

You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your account. An adult should create and manage each household account and supervise any child or teen profile. You are responsible for activity under your household account and for choosing what a child may access. Contact us promptly if you think your account has been used without permission.

We may suspend access needed to address misuse, security threats, or a legal obligation. We may also stop providing a feature or the service, with notice when reasonably possible.

Music and other content

We grant you a limited, personal, noncommercial right to stream and use content made available through the service while your access is valid. The songs, recordings, artwork, words, software, and design remain owned by their respective rights holders. You may not redistribute recordings, sell access, scrape the catalog, bypass access controls, or use the content outside rights expressly granted to you.

Games, scores, filters, and suggested age bands are for enjoyment and general guidance. They may change as content is corrected or expanded.

Your journal and profile content

You keep rights in the journal entries and profile content you create. You allow us and our hosting providers to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for your household. Do not put information in a journal entry that you are not comfortable storing online. The journal is private to the household account under the app’s access controls; it is not a public posting feature.

Purchases and cancellations

Paid membership, curriculum, and download checkout are not currently available through the live site. Before paid sales begin, we will show the price, what is included, renewal or expiration terms, cancellation method, and applicable refund terms at checkout. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, interfere with other users, attack the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, or infringe others’ rights. Do not use automation to overload the service or copy content at scale. We may remove content or limit access to protect the service and its users.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but internet and device problems can interrupt it. The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will work on every device. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes, law, and contact
